How it works
A brief rundown, from ordering to making quality connections
Get setup on average in 2 minutes
Step 1
Pick which type of card you would like. They all function the same, the differences being aesthetic.
Standard cards have our design either printed or engraved on the card. Standrad cards are perfect for people who don’t have a design or don’t care about the design of their card.
Custom cards have your design either printed in full colour on both sides, or engraved on both sides of your card.
Step 2
Add to basket and complete checkout as normal, unless your looking to purchase multiple cards.
If that’s the case, get a quote here as we have discounted pricing for orders for multiple people.
After checkout if you purchased a custom card you will be able to upload your design file(s).
Or fill out a design form to get assistance creating a print ready design file from our in house graphic designer.
Step 3
Once our print team review your file(s) or our graphic designer creates your print ready design file, you will recieve a digital design proof to review.
Confirm whether you’re happy to proceed.
Note: If purchasing a standard card, there will be no proof to review.
Step 4
After you sign off on the proof, your card will go into production. We aim to create every card within 3 working days, but this usually happens a lot sooner.
If you’re on a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering and we’ll see if we can help.
Step 5
Your card will be posted most likely via Royal Mail Tracked 24, unless it’s an international order.
You will be provided with tracking info.
80% of Tracked 24 deliveries arrive the next working day.
Step 6
Once you’ve recieved your card, follow the quick start guide to get setup.
This involves logging into your account that was created for you and adding / updating your details anytime to your Tapzo profile.
This process takes on average 2 minutes to complete.
Step 7
Get tapping.
Familrize yourself with how to tap your card on iPhone and Android smartphones.
This info is in your quick start guide.
Step 8
Ponder on why you took this long to make the switch to Tapzo.
